4. Instruction of the units
4.1 Feeding table: provided a raw coil, welded material
4.2 Loading cart: easily go up and down by hydraulic control, level shift by oil motor.

4.3 Uncoiler: It is type of cantilever design, hydraulic system,
center driving and pressing roller. It has apply the emergency brake. Collapsible drum is drived by oil cylinder.

Main shaft is 40Cr material by modulation process

DC motor 11kw can be positive inversion.
4.4 Tractor
Two clamping rolls whose surface is packed glue are used for rolling feed.
The rollers go up and down by two oil cylinders.

4.5 Loop1
 The loop adopts magic eye controlling to match with slitter.

Oscillating movement of the feeding board with scratch-resistant nonmetal plat is drived by hydraulic drum
4.6 Slitter
The guide unit is used to feed raw materials into slitting by the vertical rollers or
the guide plate which can be adjusted manually.
By exchanging combination sleeves to get the different thickness of strips.
lifting cutter shafts and moving active memorial archway with limit switch adopt motor and manual operation.
Motor operation for quick moving.

Dialgage for accuracy adjusting upper cutter shaft.
Key and screw thread for fastening cutters and shafts
There are shaft end projective covers at the end of upper and lower cutter shafts.

4.7 Edge winding machine
It is the two sides of the line and used rewinding edge materials slitted.
Tension is adjustable according to the different materials.

4.8 loop 2
It is used to match the speed between the slitter and the rewinding unit

4.9 Tension platform:
--The material enters tension platform through two distributor units to avoid overlap.
--The pressing roller keeps material from jumping out of spacers.
--The pressure and speed from the tension unit controlled by two hydraulic cylinders is adjustable.
--Shearing unit cuts big coil into small coil. Upper cutter is hydraulic driving.
--Reversing roller whose diameter is 350mm with a coder at the end of the tension platform can reverse for different rolling diameters.

--The unit contains motor, gear reducer, coiling drum, rotary oil cylinder, distributor, pushing unit and foundation.

4.11 Unloading cart
--Can be raised and lowered by hydraulic cylinder.

4.13 Electronical control system
--The system adopts Siemens DC speed regulating system to drive traction motor, slitter motor and rewinding motor. The speed measuring motor on the slitter sample speed signal to match traction and winder speed. There is a tension which is adjusted or manual fine tuning control between uncoil and traction.
--There are two operation ways about the line.
 Adjustment of single machines is used to feed rows by manual service.
The adjustment of complete machine is completed by a potentiometer
The speed setting for each single machine can be manual setting and press
auto-stop button whenever to be stopped the line.
--Electronical control system consists of control cabinet,
a main work table and two vice work tables.
